At PAST Outdoors, we want you to feel confident in your gear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
